Technogical breakthrough

PDLC film is placed in two face-to-face ITO conductive film nano-liquid crystal material to form a sandwich structure, adjusting the electric field strength between the two layers of ITO, you can change the nano-liquid crystal material attitude direction, thus adjusting the amount of light transmission, the formation of a programmable grayscale pattern. Laser PDLC film internal engraving equipment is used to pattern the nano-liquid crystal material in the center sandwich of the PDLC film, and the laser PDLC film internal engraving equipment is used to separate the internal single-sided ITO conductive film to achieve electrical isolation.

Innovative Highlights

Conventional process is a single piece of ITO etching line zoning, and then laminated, the process there is environmental dust pollution, alignment accuracy is difficult to control, process complexity, etc., now the process is directly in the laminated sandwich film material on the finished product of etching, to ensure that the realization of the function of the zoning, thus solving the difficulties of the previous process, and at the same time enhancing the efficiency of the entire process.
