On September 2-4, the 3rd EESA Energy Storage Exhibition was grandly held in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. Tianhong Laser won the attention of the audience with its cutting-edge energy storage solutions and technological innovations. The design of our booth was full of futuristic and technological sense, with the theme of “Green Carbon Future, Intelligent Storage Creates Future”, which demonstrated the determination of Tianhong Laser to become an intelligent low-carbon enabler.

Green Energy Guardian: Energy Storage Smart Equipment

In the sand table display area, Tianhong Laser utilized the fine sand table model to vividly show their various advanced equipments. These equipments include stacking machine, lithium battery wafer laser grooving machine, laser pole ear cutting and slitting machine, etc. What attracts more attention is the two star production lines launched by Tianhong Laser, which are the liquid-cooled lithium battery module PACK line for energy storage and the power battery module PACK line.

The PACK section of the production line includes such stations as box on-line, box dust removal, liquid cooling plate airtightness test, liquid cooling base plate gluing, module entry into liquid cooling box, module fixing, structural and electrical parts installation, high and low voltage connection, CCS welding and testing, wire harness tying, DCR test, module gluing, top cover installation, airtightness test, PACK off-line and so on, and it also includes the test of NG after the transfer from the AGV to the rework area. The key process parameters of the production line are automatically stored and uploaded to the MES system.

Power Battery Module PACK Line

This production line consists of core testing equipment, module assembly line and PACK assembly line. The core test is mainly used for OCV test of the core to distinguish between good and defective products or sealing file, while the module assembly line is to form the core and other parts into modules and carry out CCS welding and related testing, and then enter into the PACK section for assembly, which can meet the production requirements of the power battery.
