    Product description:

    Laser serves as an electromagnetic radiation source. When irradiating an object, electrons inside the object absorb laser energy and get excited. The excited electrons transfer energy to the lattice vibration of the object, thereby raising its temperature. If moisture or solvents are present, the temperature rise evaporates them to complete drying or crystallization.
    This equipment adopts our patented product (Patent No.: 2025110066624) – area-emitting array laser. It achieves physical-level micro-distance uniform light and micro-distance heating without optical lens attenuation or thermal lens effect. The micro-distance (100 mm) surface heating baking design saves footprint space and heat dissipation loss, realizing low-cost laser heating.
