The automatic production line is suitable for products with an outer diameter of 20-120mm. The bearings are automatically loaded by the turntable. When changing the product model, the width of the turntable outlet needs to be manually adjusted. The bearings flow out from the turntable, and when the cylinder position area is located under the laser head, the cylinder pushes out to clamp the bearings for laser printing. After the printing is finished, it will automatically flow out to the automatic receiving device. When the receiving table is full of materials, the equipment will stop printing and give an alarm to remind the operator to clear all the materials on the receiving table to the turnover box.
