This project is mainly aimed at the remanufacturing needs of key components in different industrial application fields such as energy, metallurgy, rail transit, mining and aviation, and solves the common key problems in laser additive remanufacturing.
 
Through the multi-energy field composite laser additive repair technology, it breaks through the technical bottleneck in the traditional laser additive repair process, and overcomes the high-performance and low-cost laser additive repair technology.
 
 
In-depth research on the influence mechanism of external energy on the heat and mass transfer process of laser additive materials, rapid three-dimensional reconstruction and path planning of metal complex defects, coupling characteristics of the interface between the repair layer and the substrate, the control mechanism of the interface strength, the microstructure and service of the repair layer and the substrate Compatibility of properties, design and preparation of repair material components and other key technologies.
 
Develop shape-controllable special technology, materials, and equipment for laser additive repair; establish repairability evaluation principles, performance evaluation, multi-energy field composite additive process selection principles, and modular equipment design principles.
 
 
Combining pre- and post-processing, non-destructive testing, performance characterization and other means, realize the batch application of laser additive repair for failed parts in different industrial fields.
 
During the meeting, Dean Yao Jianhua of Zhejiang University of Technology summarized the technical and financial issues and opinions raised by the project mid-term inspection expert group.
 
 
He also discussed with Dean Zhou Jianzhong of Jiangsu University and several other professors to guide the undertaking and participating units of each sub-project, and proposed follow-up improvement measures and plans.
